To guarantee early check-in, consider reserving the condo for the night prior to your arrival. For same-day bookings, check-in time is assured for 5 PM.

Please be aware that pets, parties, and smoking/vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any building common areas) are strictly prohibited. Violations may incur fines of up to $700 per infraction, as well as costs associated with damages due to smoke or fire.

ALL CAPTAIN COOK RESORTS RENTALS INCLUDE:

• Bath towels, beach towels, and bed linens
• Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including tea kettle and rice cooker)
• Beach chairs, hair dryer, and iron/ironing board
• Start-Up Supplies: coffee filters, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, basic cleaning materials, and travel-sized toiletries
